MANUAL PLANTS
Manual plants are manufactured on specific customer requests, with very small or very large tanks, no automation. Our many years of experience allows us to give the best advice, after analysing the needs and working conditions.
The manual plant, in the presence of large tanks, is equipped with one or more conveyors controlled by a PLC that automatically move the components to be treated in accordance with the chosen processing cycle. A cycle archive containing the main possible work sequences is provided: the plant can be reprogrammed for specific processes, without the need for a programmer.

- Degreasing
- Pickling
- Passivation
- Electropolishing
- Ultrasonic cleaning
