Once again we have endeavoured to respond to our customers’ needs to make pickling and electropolishing processes on a par with the rest of the company.

More and more often we see a strong contrast between tidy, clean and well organised company departments and old and damaged stainless steel pickling tanks with a dangerous and not very reassuring appearance.
Finally, the use of SHELLs made entirely of anticorrosive material, which remains unchanged over the years, allows you to safely manage pickling, passivation and electropolishing of stainless steel.
In fact, these plastic shells are self-contained, under suction, luminous, have a legally compliant design and can be "furnished" with the necessary tanks and treatments: complete with everything you need.

It encloses a manual workspace, where it is possible to :

• Safely manage pickling and passivation even using a tank
• Aspirate and filter the vapours from processing
• Protect the operator
• Collect the rinsing water in a legally compliant basin
• Create a safe and clean working environment for treatment
